Run mode · pick a weekend

Choose a city and the app becomes one screen: who is in the room, every block on that weekend’s real clock, and what is still left before doors.

Across the weekend · Facilitation

The standards you set once and use all weekend.

Set the room standards once: screens, attention, sound and the feedback drill used across three modules.
01Traffic light

One signal for every laptop in the room.

  • Red: fully closed. Eyes up. Listening only.
  • 45°Orange: half closed, the taco. Pause. Wrap your sentence and look up.
  • 90°Yellow: open. Heads down on the assigned task only.
  • 90°Green: open. Free time. Games, videos, whatever.
02Call to attention

One call, set in the opener, used all weekend.

  • Recommended“Founders on 3… 1, 2, 3.” The room claps on three.
  • OrHands up.
  • WhereSet it inside Amoeba Fevah, so it is muscle memory before it is needed.
03Lo-fi

  • Put it on the AV checklist
04Layup Drill

Groups of three, and everybody plays all three seats.

  • Pitcher: Gives the 60-second version.
  • Customer: Reacts honestly, as the actual target buyer.

01ScreensTraffic light

One signal for every laptop in the room.

Four states, called out loud at the top of every block, so nobody has to guess whether this is a listening minute or a building one. Say the colour before you say anything else.

Yellow and green are the same lid at the same angle. That is the point: the screen is open either way and what changes is what is allowed to be on it. The word is the whole instruction.

02AttentionCall to attention

One call, set in the opener, used all weekend.

One signal, chosen in the opening session and used for the rest of the weekend. Don't introduce a second one on day two because the first felt awkward the first time.

03SoundLo-fi

Lo-fi under every build and sales block.

Low background music, already running before the block starts. It only went on from Saturday last time and the work blocks were better for it, so from now on it starts at doors.

It belongs on the AV checklist in Event Ops, not in one guide's head.Ops

04Feedback formatLayup Drill

Groups of three, and everybody plays all three seats.

A small-group feedback format you teach once and afterwards only have to name. It is written for Offer Design and it runs the same way in Sales and again in the Pitch, which is why it sits here rather than inside any one of them.

Three to a group, one round each.

Pitcher: Gives the 60-second version.
Customer: Reacts honestly, as the actual target buyer.
Coach: Names one thing that worked and one thing to fix.
