Run mode · pick a weekend

Choose a city and the app becomes one screen: who is in the room, every block on that weekend’s real clock, and what is still left before doors.

Part six · Post-event work

The weekend is the hook. This is the business.

The forty-five minutes after the awards decide the commercial outcome. Assign someone to book a next step with every family before they leave.

01AfterThe 48 hours after

Nobody leaves without a next step.

Before any family leaves the building: application QR scanned, Shadow Day booked, or a call scheduled. One of the three, every family, no exceptions. Assign a person to own the door.
How it plays out

Then every family enters The Arc within 48 hours, with their kid's presentation video attached to the first email. That video is the highest-converting artifact we produce, which is why the filming station is enforced so hard on Sunday.

02AfterRetention

The weekend is the hook. Keep them excited to build with access.

Access to Cofounder Light is permanent. Kids keep building and it gets better over time. Tool credits run 90 days.
How it plays out

Thirty days out, a one-hour Demo Day Zoom per cohort. Second conversion touchpoint, timed for when the glow has settled into 'my kid won't stop working on this'. A different conversation from the one you'd have on Monday.

03AfterThe retro

Monday, every city, same template.

What broke, what converted, what changes in the box. Playbook updates ship before the next weekend.
How it plays out

Do it Monday while it's fresh and uncomfortable. By Wednesday the detail is gone and the next city is inside a week. This is also how this app improves: anything not covered here goes into the retro and comes back as content.
