1. Rock-paper-scissors cheerleader
Pairs play; the loser becomes the winner's cheering squad. Keep going until two champions face off with the whole room behind them.
2. Find someone who
Bingo cards of “find someone who…” squares: has sold something, has a pet, already has a business idea. A different person per square. First full card shouts “Founder!”
3. The big finish
Crown both winners, then count down from ten back to the tables, laptops closed.

The idea
The finish line. By Sunday: a page that takes money, real calls on the leaderboard, a plan to $10K, a pitch for families, and the story of what you learned.
Worked example · Kettle & Fire
One pass through all six sessions: Justin Mares couldn't buy bone broth online; offered 16oz for $29.99 before it existed; built a basic page with a PayPal button; spent $50 on ads and made about $500 in two weeks; worked out how to make it; and it now does over eight figures a year. Then the six I cans — each student ticks the one that scares them most.
Demo · CofounderJr
Show CofounderJr on the screen: where the opportunity, the offer, the page template, the ask log, the plan and the pitch live. CofounderJr is where you think; Lovable is where you build the page. Everyone signs in, then closes the laptop.
Ask the room

- The overview runs long
- Tell the Kettle & Fire story faster. Never cut the six I cans or the CofounderJr sign-in.
- A student asks what business they should do
- Nobody needs an idea yet. Session 1 at 11:00 is where everybody finds theirs.
When you see
Call out
- Keep 10:30 loud and moving. The content waits for 10:45.
- Watch for students on their own during the bingo and walk them to someone new.
